Instructor-Led CSCP Course and Exam Preparation

Registration has been extended through September, sign up today! Prepare for the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification exam by attending a 40-hour instructor-led course.  Topics will include:  supply chain design, supply chain strategy, supply chain planning and execution, procurement and delivery of goods and services, managing the relationship with supply chain partners, supply chain improvements and best practices, complying with standards, regulations, and sustainable best practices, managing risk in the supply chain, and how to measure, analyze, and improve the supply chain. 

Textbooks, access to the online learning system and exam credits are included with the registration of $3,190.  A pass / fail grade, Certificate and CEUs will be issued.  



The course will be held every Saturday from September 8,2018 - November 10, 2018 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Meet your Instructor, Ms. Joni Holeman, CFPIM, CIRM, CSCP, CLTD  

As President of Affirmation Training Inc. and a Cofounder of Supply Chain Mavens, Inc, Joni Holeman teaches operations, logistics and supply chain best practices along with human potential principles.  Joni has over 25 years of planning, materials management, and manufacturing experience in businesses ranging from custom lighting (ETO), value engineering, electronics (MTO & ATO), and remanufacturing (MTS).  Every point along her career path prepared her for the concepts she now instructs.  Her passions include Pugs, training with a humorous twist, volunteering on church projects and promoting Strategic Planning as a life skill for grownups.  Joni teaches Principles, Parts 1 and 2 of CPIM, CSCP and CLTD.  She specializes in the APICS CFPIM, Inventory Control and Intro to ERP Workshops.  She is an IDP Master for CPIM, CSCP plus the Instructor Development modules of Train-the-Trainer and Learning Dynamics for Instructors.  Joni co-teaches the Applied Instructor Skills module with Maryanne Ross.

An obsessive compulsive volunteer since 1991, Joni is a past President of the DC Metro APICS chapter.  She then served 20 years as their VP of Education.  An avid believer in chapter development, she coaches nonprofits on how to successfully sell their invisible services.  Joni writes online and instructor-led curriculums, develops interactive Workshops and is a frequent conference speaker.   

Meet your Instructor, Pam Lindsey, CSCP

Pamelyn G. Lindsey, President and Co-Founder of L4 Services LLC, a consulting, advisory and educational services firm, is an experienced integrated business planning, Sales & Operations Planning and supply chain management professional.  Pam is formerly the Director of Global Supply Chain Operations and global leader of Executive S&OP for Ciena Corporation, a telecommunications and network strategy company. Most of her 25+ year career, Pam worked for DuPont as an internal consultant and continuous improvement leader with roles in project management, manufacturing, risk management, and training and development.  She has worked in the pharmaceutical, chemicals, fluoroproducts and agricultural product lines at U.S.-based sites and traveled globally to all regions.

Pam is very active in APICS, the association for supply chain management where she serves on the Corporate Board of Directors, is an APICS Associate Instructor and a former VP of Education.  She is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional and Six Sigma Black Belt.  Pam is a regular speaker at international industry conferences and for STEM programs.  Pam holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Meet your Instructor, Olive Ngah, CPIM, CSCP, SCOR-P, CDDL

Olive is an associate instructor through the Supply Chain Instructor Development Program for Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). She has a long history with APICS where she currently serves as the VP of Education for the APICS Baltimore Chapter. She contributed to the development of the Managing for Supply Chain Performance (M4SC) Framework, and is an APICS scholar mentor.

A global Supply Chain Leader with 20+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain optimization, Olive has held a variety of roles in the chemical, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and agricultural industries. She has expertise in developing, deploying and governing standard business processes, tools, and key performance indicators (KPIs), with a demonstrated passion for linking strategy and execution for total business optimization.

Olive holds a bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Howard University, is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and is a Certified Demand Driven Leader. She is certified in APICS CPIM and CSCP, and has earned the Supply Chain Operating Reference Professional (SCOR-P) designation.
